Returning to the judging panel this year, Tee is a multiple TPi Award winning Production Manager of the Year. With over 35 years of experience in the industry working on a vast range of events such as Glastonbury and Reading Festival, Radio 1’s Big Weekend and The Queens Golden Jubilee.
Glen Rowe, Founder of Cato Music & Tour Director for Muse.
Starting his professional career as a merch seller for the Manic Street Preachers back in 1994, Rowe worked his way through the ranks of the industry working with a whole host of bands, most notably with Muse’s as the trio’s Tour Director. On top of working with a myriad of acts, Rowe is also the founder and owner of the ever-expanding touring and production company, Cato Music. A passionate advocate for supporting young bands and educating future backstage talent, he also set up the Cato Academy – the only Roadie School in the world – where he hopes to train up the headliners and their support crew for Glastonbury & Reading festivals for years yet to come.
